As a candidate and a professional, you can expect and deserve the highest level of integrity and professional ethics. Here is what you can expect when working with Wetherby Partners:
- Candidates do not incur any charges for our services. Fees are always paid by our clients.
- We will review your information (it is after all in our mutual interest to help you find your next career move!). However, due to the large volume of resumes we receive, we regret that it is not possible to respond to every candidate who contacts us.
- If we determine a strong fit between a candidate's background, academic qualifications, and skills with our client's requirements for open positions, you will be contacted to discuss your qualifications and career goals in more detail.
- When we do see a possible fit and alignment, we will contact you immediately. After detailed discussions, you decide whether the opportunity is in line with your career goals. Our goal is never to place a square peg in a round hole.
- All resumes remain confidential and are never presented to a client without a candidate's prior permission.
- Prior to any client introduction, our consultants will spend time with candidates ensuring you understand the client organization, its needs, goals, business opportunity, individual personalities and backgrounds of hiring authorities you will be meeting.
- Open and honest two-way communication is essential. We offer candidates personal service, confidentiality and the most ethical, professional standards in the search industry.
If you would like to submit your resume for consideration, please email your resume as an attachment (in MS Word format please!) to: resumes@wetherbypartners.com. We will contact you if one of our current open positions is a potential fit. Otherwise, your resume will be stored in our confidential database for future consideration.
